Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

Aftermarket Styled Wheel Warranty / Workmanship & Materials Warranty

MOBSTEEL / DETROIT STEEL WHEEL COMPANY LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY - Steel Wheels. MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co warrants, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations stated herein, wheels to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Wheels are warranted to be free from structural failure for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co liability for wheels shall be limited to replacement of any defective wheel plus applicable taxes, if any. The Warranty period for steel wheel powder coat is ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Surface rust can be prevented by proper care and is not covered by this warranty.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose. MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co agrees to repair or replace, at the sole discretion of MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co, wheels that are returned for warranty inspection to 2121 W Edsel Ford Fwy, Detroit, MI 48208 (freight pre-paid), and which, after examination show that said product has failed in normal use and service due to material and/or workmanship. MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co, by the sale of products to Distributors and Dealers engaged in the sale of automotive parts and accessories, makes no express or implied warranty or representation as to the quality of workmanship of said distributors and dealers or the ability of any individual connected therewith to render technical advice or assistance in connection with installation or use of MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co wheels. No distributor, dealer or other entity or individual is authorized to modify or amend this Warranty in any respect.

This warranty is void if:
A. The product has been subject to misuse, damage in transit, accident, negligence, abuse, racing, off-road use, aftermarket modification, or has been repaired or altered in any way.
B. The product(s) have not been installed according to instructions provided with the wheels or in accordance with are and wheel industry standards.
C. Wheels are installed with accessories other than MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co accessories.
D. The original sales documents are not provided for verification.
E. The wheel(s) are not fit-checked before mounting.

MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co assumes no responsibility for diagnosis, removal and installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, or other consequential expense. MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co does not reimburse the expense of coatings applied by the buyer to RAW wheel orders.

MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co reserves the right to make changes in design, materials or specifications, or to make product changes without prior notice or obligation to incorporate same into purchased items. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state-to-state.

Return Policy
Rims are built to customer supplied specs. Rims are a custom order and are non-returnable due to poor fitment. In the event a return is authorized, an RMA # is required and all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping related costs. Acceptable returns that do not fall under the above stated warranty are at the sole discretion of MOBSTEEL / Detroit Steel Wheel Co.
